Almond Pancakes

Ingredients:
Almond Pancakes
¾ cup blanched almond flour (make sure you use blanched as this process gets rid of the phytic acid)
¼ cup almond milk
2 eggs or 2 tsp egg substitute
¼ tsp gf baking soda
Bananas, Blueberries or any fruit of your choice
Honey (optional)
Cinnamon
Natural or dairy free yoghurt

Method:
Heat the pan on medium heat.
Whisk eggs and milk and then add flour and soda
Slightly butter pan, using a ladle, pour mixture into pan (1 ladle will make 1 pancake). Cook until crispy on edges before flipping.
Serve with fruit of your choice, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon.
