Porridge with Buckwheat Groats

For Porridge
Roasted Buckwheat Groats - 1/2 cup
Chia Seeds - 2 tsp
Banana - 1
Organic Pitted Dates - 2
Soaked Almonds - 1/4th cup
Water - 1 cup
Himalayan Salt - 1/8th tsp

Toppings Used
Blueberries/Raspberries - 1/4th cup
Mango - 5 pieces
Raw Cacao Nibs - 1 tsp
Shredded Coconut - 1 tsp
Acai Berry Powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Blend all the ingredients for porridge until smooth.
  • Sprinkle desired toppings. Toppings I have used are listed under "Toppings Used".
  • Enjoy this nice, filling and hearty breakfast.

Serves: 2

Alternate Option:
You could use raw buckwheat groats. Make sure you soak them overnight and rinse them thoroughly before blending.
