Sugar - AVOID!

Avoiding sugar in any form other than from fruits both fresh and dried and that too in minimal quantities is the way to go for MS fighters. By avoiding sugar, you will be keeping some of the nasty symptoms of MS at bay.  You will also hinder the tooth decay. Infact, any one desiring to lead a healthy lifestyle should avoid sugars. 

  • If a recipe calls for sugar, substitute with raw honey or coconut sugar or unsulphured blackstrap molasses. 
  • The second best is stevia leaves or stevia in the raw. 
  • Truvia and Purevia are prepared from rebiana derived from stevia but have erythritol which could have laxative effect when consumed a lot.
