Raw Almond Butter

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A couple pinches of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey or coconut sugar (optional)
Blend all the above ingredients in a power blender like Vitamix until smooth. If you like your butter softer, add some more oil and blend.

Uses: You can use almond butter as a dip for flaxseed crackers and/or crudites. Gives a quick boost of energy!
