Tapiochia Pudding

  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Homemade Almond Milk - 1/3rd cup or more
  • Vanilla Extract - 1/4th tsp
  • Raisins - 1 tbsp or per taste
  • Himalayan salt - a pinch
  • Raw honey for sweetening (optional)
Soak up chia seeds for 4-5 hours in almond milk. I usually leave it in the refrigerator overnight. When you are ready to have it, mix in the vanilla extract, raisins and salt. This feels like tapioca pudding and is quite delicious.
