A wonderful dressing for hidays and holidays!
- 4 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped;
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise or mock-mayo;
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice;
- 1 tbsp Dijon or homemade mustard;
- Himalayan salt and Cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over salad.
