Chia-Berry Pudding

Ingredients:
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/3rd cup
Blueberries/Blackberries/Strawberries/Raspberries - 1 cup
Sliced Banana or Apple
Ginger and Cinnamon powders per your taste


Method:
  1. Freeze berries overnight.
  2. Soak up chia seeds in 1/3rd cup water for 4 hours or until they are fully hydrated.
  3. Blend the frozen berries and chia seeds in a power blender.
  4. Add sliced banana or apple.
  5. Generously sprinkle cinnamon and ginger powder.
  6. This is a yummy treat packed with many nutrients!
