Ingredients:
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/3rd cup
Blueberries/Blackberries/Strawberries/Raspberries - 1 cup
Sliced Banana or Apple
Ginger and Cinnamon powders per your taste
Method:
- Freeze berries overnight.
- Soak up chia seeds in 1/3rd cup water for 4 hours or until they are fully hydrated.
- Blend the frozen berries and chia seeds in a power blender.
- Add sliced banana or apple.
- Generously sprinkle cinnamon and ginger powder.
- This is a yummy treat packed with many nutrients!
