Fresh/Frozen Sapodilla – 2 cups
Pistachio – 1/4th cup (soaked for an hour at least)
Juice of ½ Lemon (substitute with 1 cup skim-milk if you are not on a casein-free diet)
Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp (optional, I don’t use sugar)
Water – 3-4 cups (based on desired thickness of the smoothie)
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and serve it cold.
Serves: 3 or 4
