Avocado-Banana Smoothie

Ripe Avocado – 1 (scoop the flesh)
Banana – 1
Brown Sugar or Stevia – as you like
Powdered Cinnamon (optional) – 1/8th tsp
Salt – a pinch
Almond Milk – 3-4 cups

Blend all the ingredients for 3-5 minutes. Serve cold!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3
