Avocado-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado – 1 (scoop the flesh)
Mango – 1 (peeled and seeded)
Crushed Ginger – 1/8th tsp
Lemon zest – a pinch
Any alternate milk – 3 cups
Sweetener like Stevia (per your taste)

Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes or until smooth. Serve it cold.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3-4
