Carrot and Kohlrabi Stir Fry

Kohlrabi – 2 peeled and diced
Large Carrot – 1 diced
Onion – 1 diced
Peas – 2 cups
Cayenne Pepper – 1/8th tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic Cloves – 4 diced
Extra Virgin Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Dried Basil and Parsley – 1 tsp each

Heat up a steel pan slightly and add the olive oil and let it warm up. Then add the onions and stir them for a minute. Then add your kohlrabi and let it stay on high for about two minutes. Then add in your carrots and peas. Set your stove and high and let this sit for about two minutes. Add the salt and pepper and stir the ingredients and allow the ingredients to fry for about five minutes. Finally garnish with garlic, parsley and basil. Transfer into a serving bowl.
