Carrot and Tomato Smoothie

Ingredients:
Diced Carrots – 1 cup
Diced Tomato – 1
Crushed Ginger – ½ tsp
Cilantro leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt – 2 pinches
Cayenne Pepper – 2 pinches
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Water – 4 cups

Preparation:
Cut a carrot and check the inside, it looks like your eye (at least it does to me!). This is a vegetable good for your vision what makes it good for your vision is the beta-carotene in it. This vegetable promotes your lung, colon and heart health. Ginger has medicinal properties and is used to treat cold, cough, nausea and diarrhea. Use crushed ginger and honey to treat your sore throat.

Blend all the ingredients for 4 minutes.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
