Spinach and Tomato Smoothie

Ingredients:
Spinach – 3 cups of leaves
Tomato – 1 diced
Orange – 1 Peeled and seeded
Juice of ½ lemon
Filtered water – 3 cups

Preparation:
Spinach has various flavonoids that help fight cancer. A carotenoid found in spinach fights cancer as well. It has vitamins C and A. Now for those suffering with pains arising from MS, this green leafy vegetable has anti-inflammatory properties. Tomatoes have four sections resembling our heart and no wonder this is good for heart. It is a supreme vegetable that is rich in vitamin C. Oranges are rich in calcium and help your bones. Beta-carotene, an antioxidant present in orange prevents cell damage. Now juice made with these three can help you in many ways. Why wait? Let’s see how we can do it.

Adding orange gives it slight sweet taste making it delicious even for children. Blend all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes. Allow the juice to cool for an hour at least. Transfer into glasses.
