Oatmeal and Millet Bread

Gluten free oats – 1/3rd cup
Pearl Millet flour – 1/3rd cup
Finger Millet flour – 1/3rd cup
Flaxseed meal – 2 tbsp
Egg whites – 3
Salt – ½ tsp
Brown sugar – 3 tbsp or sweetener of your choice
Baking Powder – 1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Slivered Almonds – 1/4th cup

First, using a dry mixer, grind your gluten free oats. Mix all the dry ingredients (powdered oats, millet flours, flaxseed meal, salt and baking powder) and set aside.

Blend egg whites and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the dry mixture. Adding a tablespoon of water at a time, mix all the ingredients until you get the dough consistency. Add the slivered almonds. Grease the bread baking tray and put the mixture in the tray. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350F. Check if the bread is done by poking with a knife.
