Fresh Spinach Salad

Fresh Organic Spinach of desired quantity
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea salt
Juice of one lemon

Separate the leaves from the bunch and remove any broken leaves. Clean the spinach with water two times at least. Make sure you clean the spinach thoroughly and for the last wash use water that is filtered well. Put the cleaned spinach in a salad bowl. Squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper for additional taste and mix all these using a whisk in a little bowl. Pour the mix on the spinach leaves. Garnish with walnuts and raisins. Mix the salad with tongs until the spinach is well coated with the mix.

Serve it with a piece of grilled salmon or a bowl of lentil soup.
