Fermented Garlic with Raw Honey

Organic garlic
Raw honey

Peel garlic and cover with honey in a jar with lid that will form an airtight seal. Place in a dark location that is 70-73 degrees Fahrenheit on a tray to catch any overflow. Allow to ferment for 3-4 months. Take garlic at onset of cold/sickness as needed.
