Itsy-Bitsy Salad

This is one salad which your children also will enjoy. I called it "Itsy-Bitsy Salad" as all the ingredients are chopped up into tiny bits. If you don't have the patience to chop up the vegetables, run select vegetables like broccoli in your food processor. It is all worth the effort. This time around, I bought fresh turmeric root. This root has mega anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:
Itsy-Bitsy Salad
Broccoli - 2 Heads
Celery Stalk - 1
Cucumber - 1
Onion - 1
Avocado - 1
Garlic Cloves - 2
Grated Turmeric Root - 1 tsp
Apple - 1
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mock Mayo - 4 tbsp (or as much as you prefer)

Method:
Chop all the vegetables finely and assemble in a salad bowl. Serve cold and enjoy!
