Rich Mizuna Salad

This time I was truly elated to see organic Mizuna mix in farmer's market along with some sprouts. This salad tasted great and is filled with healthy fats. Rich and creamy as well!

Ingredients:
For the Salad Mix
Mizuna mix - 1/2 pound
Sprouts - handful
Carrot - 1
Avocado - 1
Pine nuts - 1tbsp

For Dressing
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Freshly Squeezed Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Raw Honey - 1 tsp (avoid honey if you are a vegan)
Himalayan Salt to taste

Peparation:

  • Chop the salad ingredients as desired.
  • Whisk the ingredients for dressing and pour it over the salad.
  • Enjoy right away.
