Garlic White Sauce

Ingredients:

200 ml Macadamia nuts
4 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 t Himalayan salt
3 t olive oil
250 ml water

Procedure:
Blend all the ingredients in a power blender and use with beetroot and turnip ravioli.
