A healthy way to take care of your skin and eyes is to include lutein"aceous" foods in your diet. Rhubarb boasts of this rich nutrient. A cup of rhubarb has about 207mcg of lutein.

Other food sources are: spinach, kale, collard greens, broccoli, brussels sprouts etc., These foods also have zeaxanthanin alongside lutein. Zeaxanthanin and lutein kill cancer-creating and cell-damaging free radicals. Lutein and zeaxanthanin protect your eyes from macular degeneration and cataracts. After all, who doesn't want to retain vision life long?
