Grilled Chicken with Parsley Sauce

4 skinless, boned chicken breasts
2,5 ml each himalayan salt and ground coriander
paprika and cumin seeds to taste (optional)
stevia, xylitol or sweetener of your choice to taste
250 ml flat leaf parsley
60 ml chicken stockl
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml olive oil

Preheat the grill to medium. Rub the chicken with 1,25 ml of the himalayan salt, all the other spices and stevia. Grill the chicken 20 centimetres from the heat for 6 - 8 minutes per side, until cooked through. Meanwhile, in a food processor, purée the parsley, stock, lemon juice, oil and the remaining salt. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.
