Herbal Infusions

Infuse and flavour your drinking water with the following herbs for an uplifting variation.


Put 500 ml fresh spring water in a bottle or jar and allow to infuse for 3 - 4 hours with the following combination of ingredients:

Cinnamon and bay leaves
Lavender, rosemary and ginger
Buchu
Mint and geranium
Goji berries and a vanilla pod
