Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup kale and or broccoli
1 cup chard, collard greens, and/or spinach
2 carrots
1 cup frozen berries, mangos and/or cherries
1 small tomato (optional)
1 cup unfiltered apple juice
1/2 cup water
Preparation:
Blend the above ingredients thoroughly to form a thick green smoothie.
