Cookies with Rolled Oats and Fruits

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped apricots
3 mashed bananas with a tablespoon of lemon

Preparation:
Mix them all up together. Bake at 180C or 160C fan forced oven for 25 mins. When cool dust with icing sugar for presentation. I put mine in the fridge.

You could use cranberry for some tartness, if you like. You could also mix in 1/4th cup walnuts. Also, if you like think your mixture is dry, add in more bananas. Enjoy the delicious cookies!
