Turkey Breast with Herbs and Tomatoes

Turkey Cutlet Breasts – 4
Dried Parsley and Basil – 2 tbsp each
Cayenne Pepper – per your taste
Salt to taste
Fresh Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1 cut in rounds
Olive oil spray

Coat each turkey cutlet breast with the ingredients above except tomato. Preheat oven at 350F. On a glass baking tray, spray the olive oil spray and arrange the turkey breast cutlets. On each cutlet, place two tomato pieces. Bake it closed for an hour. When done, transfer to serving plate and garnish with cilantro and serve with a salad or soup.

Preparation Time: About 1.5 hours
