KALE is an incredible anti-inflammatory food that can not only reduce the inflammation but also helps reverse it and is a recommended vegetable for us PwMS and Rheumatoid Arthritis etc., It is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamins A, C and iron. The nice curly leaves of this cruciferous vegetable have immense capacity to heal our bodies naturally. These leaves have phytonutrients that help fight various types of cancers. They are loaded with beta-carotene and carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthanin.
