Ingredients:

Juice of one a Lime or Lemon
Cayenne Pepper – a few big pinches
Himalayan Salt – per your taste
Cumin powder – 1/4th tsp
Turmeric – 3 pinches
Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp (to brush on the baking tray)

Preparation:

For the marinating, mix all the ingredients except fresh salmon pieces. Apply this marinating mixture to each salmon piece and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Pre-heat the oven by setting it at 375F. In a clean glass baking tray, brush the olive oil and arrange the salmon pieces. Bake it for 15 minutes and then set it at broil for about 5 minutes and then pull out the tray and turn the pieces carefully using a broad spatula. On this side let the fish broil for another 5 minutes. Now your broiled salmon is ready. If you don’t prefer broiled salmon you can simply bake it for the same amount of time.
