Millet Porridge

Millet flour – 1/3rd cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Sea salt – pinch
Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)

In a steel pan mix the millet flour and water with salt until a smooth paste is formed. Then switch on the heat and add almond milk and stir until a nice thick paste is formed. Transfer into a serving bowl and add honey if you prefer your porridge slightly sweeter. This makes a healthy breakfast. This is a gluten free and lactose free breakfast. By eliminating honey anyone with diabetes can enjoy this as well.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 1 or 2
