Connie's Grain Free Cashew Bread

Ingredients:
Grain-Free Cashew Bread
1 cup cashew flour
2 Tbsp. tapioca starch (optional but makes a softer bread)
1/4 cup ground sesame seeds
4 eggs
pinch of baking soda (optional)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ground organic dried orange peel
Enough liquid to make a somewhat soupy batter. I used orange juice.

Method:
Mix everything together in a bowl until it is mixed really well and pour it into a buttered bread pan. Baked at 350 F until knife came out clean. When it is done, lightly spread butter over the top if you like - just for looks. Enjoy.
