Ingredients:
Strawberries – 1 cup
Raspberries – 1 cup
Blueberries – 1 cup
Blackberries – 1/4th cup
Water – 3-4 cups
Almonds – 1/4th cup (optional)
Preparation:
I have used only 1/4th cup blackberries as they are seedy and I prefer eating them rather than using them in a smoothie. If you like you could add equal amount of blackberries as the other berries. Blend all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes or until smooth. You could add almonds if you want a creamy consistency. Serve it cold.
