Artichoke Spinach Pesto

Thanks to Heather Jaramillo-Casillas for inspiring me to try this. It sure is a winner.

Artichoke Spinach Pesto
Artichoke Hearts - 8
Spinach - 2 cups
Cilantro - 1 cup
Grated Raw Turmeric Root - 1 tsp
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp,

Blend all the ingredients until well combined. Enjoy with crudités. You can also use this as a sauce to go with raw spaghetti.
