| Raw Alkaline Ice-Cream |
1 ½ cups young coconut meat
1 ½ cups coconut water (or whatever you get out of the coconut)
3 pkts stevia (You can substitute dates)
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp coconut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend in food processor, freeze.
