Bilberry combined with Vitamin E can reduce the progression of cataracts. World War 2 pilots who ate bilberry jam reported better night vision. Antioxidants found in this berry slow down the aging process by combating free radicals. It is also antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. You just can’t lose with bilberry!
