Raw Vegan Soup

Ingredients:


  • Organic coconut milk or almond milk - 1 cup
  • Baby bok choy
  • Carrots
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Mint
  • Cilantro
  • Ginger and fresh garlic
  • All-spice
  • Himalayan salt


Method:

  • Dice all the vegetables.
  • Mix in the spices and salt and toss well.
  • Add the milk of your choice and enjoy the raw vegan soup.
