Ingredients:
- Organic coconut milk or almond milk - 1 cup
- Baby bok choy
- Carrots
- Red Bell Pepper
- Mushrooms
- Mint
- Cilantro
- Ginger and fresh garlic
- All-spice
- Himalayan salt
Method:
- Dice all the vegetables.
- Mix in the spices and salt and toss well.
- Add the milk of your choice and enjoy the raw vegan soup.
