- 2½ cups home-cooked tomato paste
- 2 tsp apple cider or balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- a pinch of ground cloves
- ¼ tsp allspice
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Put through a food processor to get the smooth texture.
- Let cool and transfer to container.
- Store in the refrigerator.
