Bananas Foster

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons raw, unsalted butter or nut-butter of your choice
  • sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons organic red wine – free from sulphur dioxides
Procedure:

  • Pre-heat oven to 140ºC.
  • Combine butter, sweetener, milk and seasonings. Cook until melted and bubbly.
  • Stir in bananas and wine.
  • Put in pre-heated oven for a couple of minutes.
