Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons raw, unsalted butter or nut-butter of your choice
- sweetener of your choice
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons organic red wine – free from sulphur dioxides
- Pre-heat oven to 140ºC.
- Combine butter, sweetener, milk and seasonings. Cook until melted and bubbly.
- Stir in bananas and wine.
- Put in pre-heated oven for a couple of minutes.
