Baked Apple Wedges

Ingredients:
3 green apples, pitted and quartered
Sweetener of your choice (optional)
2 tablespoons water
1½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted real raw butter (If you're not lactose intolerant)


Procedure:
Place apples in baking dish. Combine the other ingredients (except butter), mixing well; pour over apples. Dot with butter. Cover and bake 350ºF/180ºC for 30 minutes.
