The Green Alkalizer

1 Granny Smith apple
½ grapefruit
½ cucumber
½ lemon
5 celery sticks
4 spinach leaves
1 sprig parsley
1 segment of fennel
1 kale leaf

Juice all the ingredients and dilute with water. Makes 500 ml. Dilute with the same quantity of water to make 1 litre.
