Kale & Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
375 ml kale - destalked and cut into strips
500 ml baby spinach
5 ml lemon juice
5 ml balsamic vinegar
2 medium avocados
3 ml himalayan salt
250 ml alfalfa sprouts
½ grapefruit - sliced (optional)

Preparation:
Take the kale strips and baby spinach and massage the avocado and al the other ingredients, excluding the alfalfa and the grapefruit, into the leaves. Use your hands to mix everything together thoroughly. You hands will love it! Garnish with alfalfa sprouts and sliced grapefruit (optional).

Serves 3 - 4.
