Dragonfruit-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
Dragonfruit – 1
Mandarin Orange – 1 peeled
Water - 3 cups
Hazelnuts – 10 soaked overnight (optional)

Preparation:
Dragonfruit also referred to as Pitaya or Pitahaya fruit, is a fruit that highly benefits a person with diabetes (especially type 2). This is a mildly sweet fruit with little black seeds all over. The seeds are high in lipids and are similar to the seeds in kiwis. It is rich in Vitamin C, fiber, calcium and phosphorus.

Blend all the ingredients for 5 minutes. I made this smoothie for the first time and I loved it so much!



Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3
