Colocasia – 8 cleaned well in water
Extra Virgin Olive oil – 1tbsp
Cayenne Pepper – 1/8th tsp
Himalayan Salt to taste
In a baking tray, arrange the colocasia and let them bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Pull them out of the oven and let them sit for 10 minutes until ready to be peeled. Peel off the skin and cut each colocasia like you would for potato chips except that these pieces will be thicker. Mix up the colocasia pieces with cayenne pepper, salt and olive oil. Bake for another 10 minutes. This is now ready to be served along with a soup.
